Mini Mathur walked away as the winner of Prime Video’s reality show ‘Alliance’, taking home the trophy along with a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh. After her stint on the show, the television host opened up about Salman Khan’s appearance and his comment that her husband, filmmaker Kabir Khan, was “scared” of her. While Mini said she adores Salman and enjoyed having him on the show, she admitted that his remark did not sit well with her. “I, of course, adore him and it was wonderful to hear him say that. You know, of course, I didn’t like that comment,” Mini said in an interview with Nayandeep Rakshit on his YouTube channel. She also spoke about being identified for years primarily as Kabir Khan’s wife and said she was happy that Salman got to see her beyond that identity during her time on ‘Alliance’. “I was always like Kabir’s better half, and so I’m glad that he got to see a side of me that he hadn’t before,” she said.Mini also recalled the excitement inside the house when Salman made his appearance. She said watching the other contestants react to his presence was particularly entertaining. “It was so enjoyable to watch the rest of the house sit with their mouths open and their jaws on the floor saying, ‘This is real. Somebody pinch me. The Salman Khan is sitting with us sipping coffee,’” she added.According to Mini, Salman’s visit came at just the right time, with the finale only a few days away. She said his presence brought a much-needed burst of energy to the contestants. “We just needed that kind of energy in the house two days, three days before the finale. He shared a lot of his personal experiences, gave Su a boost and joked around with a whole lot of us. It was nice to have that crazy energy in the house,” Mini said.Salman Khan is currently hosting ‘Bigg Boss 20’ and will next be seen in ‘Maatrubhumi: May War Rest In Peace’.
